This is a rare issue that happens sometimes when people choose to complete purchases using Stripe.
We only recently added Stripe as a payment option, and we are still learning about the edge cases.
We are looking into what is causing this issue.
In the meantime, the solution is for you to refund the purchase with VAT, and do the purchase again, this time using the "Checkout with PayPal" option to complete your purchase. (You don't need a PayPal account to use this option, and you can still use a credit card.)
