If you are choosing to pay for a Leanpub purchase using PayPal, and your purchase is being blocked, the best thing to do is to try completing your purchase using Stripe instead. (You can pay with Stripe by choosing the "Checkout with Credit Card" button in your shopping cart.)

Please note that if you need to contact PayPal to resolve an issue with your PayPal account, in our experience, PayPal's customer support is quite good!
