Typically, if a customer's payment attempts are being rejected, that is because their financial institution is blocking their purchase attempts, in order to protect them from suspected fraud.

If this is what is happening, you will need to contact your financial institution, confirming these are legitimate purchase attempts by you, and ask them to accept purchases from Leanpub.
