I made a purchase and didn't get the currency exchange rate I was expecting. What happened?!

We're sorry you didn't get the exchange rate you were expecting.

We use PayPal to process all our purchases, and their system sets the exchange rate at the moment a purchase is completed. This is not something we can control, sorry about that.

Please note that within 60 days of a purchase, we make it easy to get a refund, with just a couple of clicks:
