How to add a full bleed image to a Leanpub book

A "full bleed" image goes to the very edge of the "page" in an ebook, just like the cover image does.

In other words, there are no top, bottom, right, or left margins surrounding the image.

The full bleed image will take up the whole page.

Here is an example of how you would set an image to full bleed:

{fullbleed: true}
