Leanpub does not currently have a feature built around the concept of a "back cover" for an ebook, sorry about that.

However, you can achieve a similar effect by adding a "fullbleed" image to the last page of your book.

A "fullbleed" image goes to the very edge of the "page" in an ebook, just like the cover image does. In other words, there are no top, bottom, right, or left margins surrounding the image.

You'll find instructions for how to do this if you search for "fullbleed" in the Markua manual here:

Here is an example of how you would set an image to fullbleed:
