If your Leanpub account is set to receive payments via Wise, when we first attempt to pay you, we may be blocked from doing so until you complete an identification step.
Here is an example of the message we will see in Wise, when we attempt to make the payment to you:
"You can't send to this Wise account right now - we've let the recipient know what to do. Try again when they have fixed the issue or ask for different bank details."
If this happens, you will receive a notification from Wise that they need verification for your account, or they need some other action from you.
Typically these issues are relatively simple to resolve.
