Sometimes if you click the button to pay with a "Debit or Credit Card", and after clicking the button, you try to switch the country of payment, you will get a form you can't fill in:

This appears to be a rare bug with the form provided by PayPal, one of the third-party services we use to process payments.

The solution is to switch the country before clicking the the "Debit or Credit Card" button.

For example, if you click the button to check out a purchase from your shopping cart, and you go to the checkout page, you will see this:

Switch the country to your credit card's country; in this example we're choosing the United States:

Now that you have switched the country, click the "Debit or Credit Card" button":

...and you should be able to fill out the form and complete your purchase.
