When does Leanpub produce new book release notifications on the bell on the top of the website?

Don't worry! We only produce a notification that a new version has been published if you are choosing to email your readers. We want our authors to be able to publish as often as they wish, and feeling that they are spamming readers with notifications would certainly complicate that!
