We're sorry your royalty payment has expired. It's rare, but sometimes authors do miss their payment emails, sometimes because the email gets stuck in their spam folder, for example.

We pay royalties automatically at the beginning of each month, and you will receive a new email at the beginning of next month, with a payment for all your unclaimed royalties.

We do not send out royalties manually mid-month, because often PayPal does not let us pay the transaction fees ourselves when we pay that way, and then the author has to pay the fees.

So, in cases like this, the best thing to do is wait until the next payment cycle.
