Adding a Trademark Acknowledgements Section to the Beginning of Your Book

We don't offer legal advice, but we do like to offer guidance to help authors with issues where they may get into trouble.

If you're going to be mentioning trademarked names in your book or course, like the names of companies or products, we recommend you put a section called "Trademark Acknowledgements" near the beginning of your book.

A good way to do this is to use the Custom Copyright feature:
