I want to publish hardcover and paperback books on Amazon. How do I have both ISBNs shown? Leanpub only has one setting.

For now, do this:

  1. Add the hardcover ISBN

  2. Generate the print-ready PDF

  3. Switch to the paperback ISBN

  4. Generate the print-ready PDF again (changing the margins if needed)

Someday we'll have multiple ISBNs and different themes for both formats etc.
