We offer lots of print-ready PDF sizes, including 7" x 10", etc.
However, each of our ebook sizes corresponds to a subset of these print book sizes.
The reason for this is that we keep the pagination the same and just change the margins. This way, your print-ready PDF is as close as possible to the ebook.
We do not show every possible print book size on the Export Print-Ready PDF page, since if we did, there would be two problems:
The list would be too long and overwhelming.
Some combinations of ebook size and print book size do not make sense.
Instead, on the Export Print-Ready PDF page, we only show the print book sizes which make sense for the page size of your ebook. This page size is determined by the Theme of your book.
The standard themes (Business, Fiction and Technical) each have a different page size for the ebook. The Business and Fiction themes use US Trade for their ebook page size and their print-ready PDF page size. The Technical theme uses US Letter for its ebook page size, and it offers four print-ready PDF page sizes (US Letter, 8.0" x 10.0", 8.25" x 10.0" and 8.25" x 10.75").

So, in short, to get a 7" x 10" print-ready PDF export, you do this:
Choose the Custom theme at Author > Books > your book > Settings > Book Theme. (Switch to a Standard or Pro plan if necessary.)
Choose the "Technical" page size. Note that this is NOT the same
as choosing the Technical theme (which uses 8.5" x 11" page size); the
Technical page size is 7.0" x 9.1" page size.Save the theme choice.
Go to the print-ready PDF export page at Author > Books > your book
> Export > Print-Ready PDFYou will see both 7" x 10" and 7.5" x 9.25" page size choices
