We're sorry to hear about this issue.

We've had a few reports recently from people who aren'y seeing a book cover image in their Kindle app or on their Kindle device.

Unfortunately our current understanding is that this is a Kindle issue, and so it is not something we can resolve ourselves, at this time at least, sorry about that.
