I'm having a problem inserting the three-em dash (+U2e3b) '⸻'

Currently the three-em dash (+U2e3b) '⸻' only works in the following two body fonts:

Source Sans Pro (Sans)

Charis (Serif)

You can find some information about switching to a Customer book Theme in this article.

When you're using a custom Theme, you can change the body font for your book.

In the Custom book Theme, Leanpub has a LOT of optional settings for making the formatting of parts, chapters and sections automatically consistent. Can you explain this in a bit more detail?
