Currently we don't have a reviews feature, partly because so many Leanpub books are written in-progress, and they can be changed anytime, which complicates the review situation. However, we may revisit this decision in the future.

Contacting a Leanpub Author with a Testimonial or Link to a Review You Have Written
While we don't have a reviews feature, you can offer authors a testimonial that they may want to add to their Leanpub book.
If you've published a review of a Leanpub book somewhere, you can also contact the author to let them know about it.

Does Leanpub Have a Behind-the-Scenes Review Process?
At Leanpub, we actually do not have a behind-the-scenes review process.
Our platform is designed mostly for use by self-published authors, who each have their own approach to the review process, as do any independent book publishers who use Leanpub to distribute their ebooks.
With that being said, in a sense, reviewing is baked into Leanpub's approach to self-publishing every step of the way. We encourage authors to publish their books chapter-by-chapter, as they write them, with readers getting all future updates for free, and offering their feedback to the author, as the author adds more content to their book.
