When you are making a purchase, you can enter your VAT number on the purchase form, and then VAT is not applied. However, after you make a purchase, we cannot do a partial refund for the VAT amount, sorry about that.

You can then make a new purchase, and enter your VAT number into our purchase form. You should receive the refund within 3 to 5 business days, or possibly sooner, depending on your method of payment and your financial institution.
