If I upload a PDF, will Leanpub generate an EPUB and a MOBI file for me?

No, sorry.

We produce PDF, EPUB and MOBI if you generate the book using Leanpub (using either Leanpub-Flavored Markdown or Markua).

If you just upload a PDF (or an EPUB or a MOBI file), we do not try to generate the other two formats.
