Writing a Refund Comment
When someone requests a refund for a book, they have the option to add a reason for why they wanted the refund:
Finding Refund Details
To find the details of any refunds, go to your book's Refunds page here:
https://leanpub.com/YOUR_BOOK/refunds
...making sure to replace YOUR_BOOK with your book's unique web address.
You can also find the Refunds page on your book's Overview page:
Click "Details" next to the refund:
If the customer left a reason, you will see it in the "Refund Comment" section:
A Note About Privacy and Reader Email Addresses
Please note that we take reader privacy seriously, and we do not provide reader email addresses to authors, unless the readers have opted in to share the emails themselves.
