I'm seeing "We're sorry, but something went wrong" when I go to my book's Pricing page. How can I fix this?

I'm seeing "We're sorry, but something went wrong" when I go to my book's Pricing page. How can I fix this?

There is a known bug where if your book doesn't have a "Featured" package, you may see the message "We're sorry, but something went wrong." if you go to your book's Pricing page.

You can fix this by going to your book's Packages page and making sure that one or more of displayed packages is featured (even if it's just the book, with no "Extra" added to the package).

We will fix this bug, but in the meantime, we wanted to publish an explanation for how you can resolve it yourself.
