The video is not working on my book's landing page. What can I do?

On the page where you enter the video URL, be sure to enter only the part of the video's URL that comes after the /.

For example, you should do this:

...but you should not do this:

If that's not the issue, we recommend you double-check that you've got the video URL correct, and that it has the correct privacy settings.

On the landing page for each of my books, there is a section called "Other books by this author" or "Other books by these authors". This section does not display all of my/our books. Why?
