Recently we've had some reports of people trying to sign up for a Leanpub account here https://leanpub.com/sign_up and who are seeing the following error message:

"Please the review the problems below"

Here's what the error message looks like currently (though we plan on updating it to be more helpful):

Our team has been testing the sign up process and have been successfully creating accounts, so unfortunately we've been unable to reproduce this issue so far.

[UPDATE: A customer has reported that the issue may be, that you already have a Leanpub account registered to your email address, and we are not showing the correct error message. If this is the case in your situation, you should be able to sign in by using our password reset feature: https://leanpub.com/password_reset]

However, we do have solutions that should work.

There are typically two reasons to create a Leanpub account: because you want to buy a book or a course, or because you want to create a book or a course.

If you do not already have a Leanpub account, we automatically create a new account for you when you make your first purchase, or when you create your first book or course.

If you're trying to buy a book or course, just add it to your cart as usual, and when you click the button to complete the purchase, we will create an account for you.

If you're trying to create a book or a course, when you click the button to complete the process, we will create an account for you.

Sorry for the trouble here!
