First, try searching for the course using the search feature in your Leanpub library for Courses:

The issue may be that you have "archived" your course. Here's an article with instructions for un-archiving a course:

Also, the issue may be that currently the Courses page in the library can only display 15 courses, sorry about that. If you "archive" a couple of courses, you should see the course appear.
