Is there a way for me to download and sort the data of the people who have bought my book?

You can download a CSV of the data we collect on purchases of your book if you go to the Book Tools menu for, select "Selling & Royalties", then select "Sales, Refunds, & Royalties", and then click on the blue "purchases" link.
