Here are some quick tips for getting to the solution you need as fast as possible:

- Email us from your Leanpub account email address, or the email address you used to make your purchase

- If you're contacting us about a purchase, email us by forwarding the Leanpub purchase email to us

- Give the email a good subject line and explain the issue as specifically as you can, which will help us understand the issue without needing to reply and ask you questions

- Include a screenshot of the issue you're seeing (this is the best thing ever to get your problem solved, seriously!)

- Include a link to the book, course, etc. that you are asking about
