We run EUBCheck on uploaded EPUBs as a courtesy, since setting up EPUBCheck to run yourself can be a pain.
Sometimes after uploading an EPUB, you may get an email from us letting you know that our EPUBCheck process reported some errors.
Unfortunately, we can't provide support for debugging uploaded EPUBs and EPUBCheck, and we can't provide details of the errors.
However, our hope is that this feature will be helpful for authors who can then go and run EPUBCheck themselves, if they get this warning email.
Please note that your EPUBCheck results may not match ours. This may happen, for example, if we are running an older or a newer version of EPUBCheck than you are.
If you are running the latest version of EPUBCheck and you are getting no errors, you can probably ignore our warning message.
If your EPUB file loads in Apple's Books app, then you can get away with ignoring the errors in some cases, but please note that some of your readers may have issues.

A couple of authors have reported there are oudated links in our EPUBCheck error email. Sorry about that! This is on our list of improvements.
