But I just want to understand why, in order to ensure that there are no issues!  Also, my books are tutorials, so if someone gets a refund after having read it, they've gotten all the value from the book. Please forward me the emails.

Sorry, no. We take reader privacy seriously, and we do not provide reader email addresses to authors unless the readers have opted in to share the emails themselves.
