Occasionally people report to us that they signed up for a paid monthly subscription, but they are not actually being charged for it. This is caused by a rare bug on our end with how we handle subscription payments.

If this is happening to you, we hope you've enjoyed having a paid subscription for free!

In order to ensure you have continued access to all your paid plan features, the best thing to do in this case is to report the issue to Leanpub at hello@leanpub.com. We will then put you on a Free plan, and you can then upgrade to a paid monthly subscription here:

Please note that during the transition period, when you are temporarily on a Free plan, you can still work on your existing books or courses in the writing modes they were in (like Dropbox, GitHub or Bitbucket), but the Standard or Pro features like Google Analytics, InDesign Export, etc. will not work as expected.
