The best way to request a new feature is in the Leanpub Authors Forum: https://community.leanpub.com/c/authors.
That way, other authors can see your request, and you can search to see if someone has requested the same feature, and add your vote to their request by replying to their message.
Of course, you can also email hello@leanpub.com with feature requests.
