To find your Leanpub library, open the menu by clicking it at the top right:

Then, click on "Library" in the menu to the left:

Next, select the type of purchase you are looking for: Books, Courses, or Course Sets:

Clicking "Books" will take you to a page where you will see all of your purchased books:

You can also click the Courses or the Course Sets options at the top of the page to see any courses or course sets you have purchased:

If you select a book, course, or course set in your Leanpub library, you will see the various options for accessing it. Here's is an example of Leanpub book that has been selected in a Library:
