Leanpub is a self-publishing platform, and our authors are responsible for writing and maintaining their books and any special offers they might have made.

If you can't find access to something you were promised, you can typically use our "Email the Author(s)" feature to let the author(s) know about the problem.

To contact the author, go to the web page on Leanpub where you bought their book. Scroll down and click the "Email the Author(s)" link, which will look like this:

If you don't see that link, you can try contacting the author some other way, like on Twitter, for example.
